Instructions to Authors document includes:

Each manuscript must be submitted separately as an e-mail attachment to [email protected] using a .doc file extension. Place the following text in the subject field "ICSP-11 Manuscript".

Final Submissions
Draft manuscripts are due to the organizing committee January 1, 2011.
Papers may be accepted "as is", "edited" or "rejected". Papers that are "edited" will be returned to authors for corrections. The final (revised) manuscripts must be received by the organizing committee no later than June 1, 2011. All accepted manuscripts will be sent to the book publisher on July 1, provided that the presenting author has submitted registration (and payment). The local committee peer review is a very important part of the process and authors are requested to respect the January 1 deadline as posted. (See deadlines.)

Publication of proceedings
Papers presented at ICSP-11 will be published in book format after the conference and distributed to attendees (included in registration fee) and also made available for purchase. Papers will be made available for download at the ISCSP website only after September of 2014. Only papers with a presenter fully registered for the conference will be included in the final Proceedings publication.

All papers submitted to ICSP-11 become copyright of the International Scientific Committee for Shot Peening (ISCSP). See Copyright Agreement
